On behalf of the members of Color Marketing Group and the Board of Directors, we wish to convey to Jane Stockel, CMG our most sincere thanks and appreciation for her consistent and relentless efforts to promote CMG within the Asia Pacific Region, as well as the outstanding contribution she has made to executing our events in this region.
In particular CMG’s Head Office, located in the United States, wishes to acknowledge the challenges that Jane has overcome on CMG’s behalf –organizing, coordinating, supporting, communicating, identifying locations, and delivering to the expectations of our global membership. Without her we would most certainly not have accomplished what we have.
Jane has been an active member of Color Marketing Group since 1991 and holds the esteemed position of Chairholder, recognizing her achievement and leadership in the field of color and design. Jane has also served as a member of CMG’s Board of Directors and is presently the Special Envoy to the President of CMG – a position she has held since 2006.
Under her guidance and direction the voice of color professionals from the Asian Pacific region have been heard and represented since 2005. She has been instrumental in organizing, managing, and championing CMG events in Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Bangkok, Macau, Jaipur, Singapore, Melbourne, and most recently in Osaka Japan.
On a personal note, the current President of CMG, John West, expressed his gratitude by saying “Jane, I have always wanted to attend one of your meetings and that become a reality in Bangkok, Thailand in 2012 when I had the privilege of joining you and other CMG members to forecast colors for 2014. Jane, we embrace you and all the work that you have undertaken for Color Marketing Group. We offer profound respect and gratitude, and bow toward you now as we remove our hats.”
